ADEGA CHICKEN (for 1chicken)

Marinate chicken in 1heap tsp garlic,2tsp salt,1tsp chillie powder,1/4tsp tumeric,1tsp peri peri chillies-make paste with lemon juice. After marinating steam chick in pot with butter on fast for 5min. Take out and put on a grill/braai to brown. Sauce: in the same pot burn out water frm the left ovr sauce and add-1/4pound butter,1/2cup lemon juice,2tbs of nando Mediterranean sauce,nando chakalaka and garlic peri peri sauce(2tbs of each). Add 1/4 tsp peri peri chillies/normal chilly p and 3tbs mayo. Allow to sizzle and then add the chicken to sauce. Best served with savory rice n chips-chick in middle n rice n chips on either side,put extra sauce n allow rice n chips to soak it up...yummy.njy!:) Oh..n da baby chicken was wit da skin..I steamed in pot 1st on high den lowered heat n steamed til done..jus put in oven on grill 4 it to crisp
