ALOO PARATTA: (aunty amina sathariya)

dough: 2cups flour,2tblsp sugar,1tsp salt,half cup water,half cup milk,2tblsp butter,2tsp dry yeast. Combine dry ingredients,rub in butter n make like breadcrumbs. Make dough with water n milk and allow to rise.

Aloo:3-4 large potatoes,2-3tblsp lemon juice,half cup sourmilk or yogurt,2tblsp butter,salt,pepper,green chillies,2tblsp mayonnaise.

Make dough into 4 parts,roll and place filling and cover with another roti. Bake in oven @180 for 10-15mins or till light brown.When done,brush garlic butter and serve hot. Optional-add cheddar n spring onion.
If u wana make with chicken u can use any chicken filling..I mixed in cheese n mash potato into da chicken
