ALOO PARATTA (Sarah Mansoor)

6 potatoes,2 tbls ghee,salt to taste,2 tsp garlic,1/2 tsp jeero,ground green chillies, 1/2 cup milk n 1/2 cup water. Braize spices in ghee,add potatoes cubed. Add milk n water n little arad. Cook on low. Mash n leave aside to cool, when cool add a dash of lemin juice and greens. Form into 9 tennis ball size balls n leave aside. Dough- 3 cups flour,1/2 tsp b pwd,3/4 tsp salt,3 tbls solid ghee,1n1/2 cups ice water n 3 tbls lemon juice. Make dough wiyh water n lemon juice, divide in 18 balls. Roll each ball saucer size. Chopar with ghee n flour. Roll again to side plate size. Brush each roti with egg. Place balls on 9 rotis,flatten ball a little. Cover with remainin 9 rotis. Seal edges properly. Flatten little more after sealin it. Make on tawa same as roti. Flatten more on tawa till little smaller than dinner plate size. Drizzle ghee on either side when roastin on tawa.ps. Wen flattenin use ur hands. Enjoy with chutney!
